Discussion Interview Me!

Discussion Interview Me!

Q Job interviews can be nerve wracking and uncomfortable, and it can feel like the interviewer holds all of the power. One of the best way to combat nerves and balance the power is to practice!!! Another way is to recognize and truly believe in your worth and what you bring to the table, which is why I assigned the Personal Portfolio. Practice and confidence combine to make you shine! I have to practice what I preach though, so let's flip this around and put the pressure on me. For this discussion, choose a question from the attached list (or create your own!) and post it below. I will respond to each of your questions!

One of the questions that I would choose would be “Tell me about how you dealt with a difficult challenge in the workplace.” This is one question which makes the applicant or candidate nervous but at the same time, it also provides an opportunity to express his/her views in an efficient manner. For example, I had to manage work of two people at a time in one of my job due to some emergency situation. It was really a very tough task because it brought instability to my daily routine/schedule and I was unable to perform efficiently.
