One of the questions that I would choose would be “Tell me about how you dealt with a difficult challenge in the workplace.” This is one question which makes the applicant or candidate nervous but at the same time, it also provides an opportunity to express his/her views in an efficient manner. For example, I had to manage work of two people at a time in one of my job due to some emergency situation. It was really a very tough task because it brought instability to my daily routine/schedule and I was unable to perform efficiently.
